Patients must create their own LabCorp Patient Portal account to access results.TO CREATE A LABCORP PORTAL:

- Click “Patient Login”
- Select “Create an Account”
- Enter your personal information exactly as it appears at LabCorp
- Verify your email and phone number
- Once your labs are completed, results will upload directly to your portal
